I am up for new formatiosn too tho it must really add something to the micromanaging part of this game, or the macro part howver you like. Anyaways it should make a substantial difference, any ideas are welcome Adeirra

Why not suggest one right away?! I don't know how to call it but the idea is like this: you formate a group that will then stand still and do nothing for a while then 50% or so of the multi's gathered will run around screaming and suicide themself with grenades, hopwfully killing enemy forces as well. this could clear up a certain area. Something like a mosk that's trains suicide bombers O_o :P.

Just set the time limit to 0. Of course, it's only for DOM and BLITZ, RR already gives you infinite time, and infinite time on KOTH and CTS just would not make sense. For Assault, you'll have to wait for the level editor.

The savegame system of Darwinia should still be around, but really, what do you need savegames for when every map is beatable in fifteen minutes?

Why not suggest it in a more appropriate place, like the Future forum, on a thread already dedicated to the subject of new formations?

andreimarra wrote:* translation into Portuguese

Some people are already doing translations by editing game files.
So far no-one is doing Portuguese, though. If you're interested on translating, let me know.

Well, getting out the English strings file out of language.dat (it's your standard RAR file, just extract it with WinRAR/other RAR utility) would be a great start. That is all the text in the game. I think Introversion have a tool to help speed it along, so I'd ask them for it. Otherwise, that's all you need. Oh, and an English to Portuguese dictionary. ;)

Be sure that you've got the correct definition of the English word before you look it up. If I hear about "left" being translated to the same word for "X minutes left" and "Player Y left" when it shouldn't one more time...

Well, if there's at least you two interested, I'll try to coordinate the efforts.
I'll send both a private message with the details.
