Can you help Introversion? Free goodies involved! :-)

Hello Everyone,

I am looking for someone to help me from the Introversion community.

We are currently working with 3D Connexion to make Multiwinia compatible with their awesome new gadget, the Space Navigator Mouse. If you want to find out more about these great new mice, check out the review here.

To tie in with the intergration work we've agreed to make some mini tutorial videos showing the mouse in action within Multiwinia which we can then use as promotional material on Youtube and the like. For reference, a good example of a video tutorial already made using the Space Navigator in Second Life can be seen here.

We felt that the best people to demonstrate how the Space Navigator would work with Multiwinia are the Introversion gamers themselves, and so this is where you come in. I'm looking for 3 volunteers to help us make these videos. In return for your efforts you will get a nice shiny Space Mouse to play with and also receive one of our lovely Multiwinia Special Edition Tins.

In order to enter for this you will need to have a computer that is capabale of running Multiwinia, and external video-recording equipment so that you can film yourself using the mouse and demonstrating how it works. I will be able to provide you with guidance on areas you might want to cover during your video tutorial.

If this sounds of interest, please email me vic@introversion.co.uk for more information.

Many thanks! :-)

Vic

Hmmm. I'm tempted.

I'll leave the positions open to more photogenic people. :P

What RabidZombie said -- also, I don't really think I have a good camera for the job, and the silly little camera on the MacBook Air cannot be aimed. ;)

Count me in. I'll need the mouse itself in order to do it. I have a video camera already.

Feel free to add me on MSN at paul_ball22@hotmail.com if you have MSN.

Specs of my laptop:

OS: Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium x32 bit edition
RAM: 2GB DDR2
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo 2.20 GHz T7500
Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce 8600M GT
Hard Drive: FUJITSU SATA 150GB

I think I'm ready to role.

I would be interested as well in making a tutorial. I have a decent camera, but no such mouse. I fired off an email already with specs, etc.
