There seems to be a general shyness to host games. I generally don't because I'm in australia. To host a 4 player game would be to condemn at least one of the other players to inter-continental lag.
SUGGESTION: Add a "idle gamers" counter in the find game screen so people can see how mant others are waiting for games.
