I'm pretty sure it is -7 (might be -8 -- depends on daylight saving time -- he said PST, but I am pretty sure he meant PDT, since we are still stuck with daylight time for another month -- FUCK YOU VERY MUCH, GEORGE BUSH!). You must forgive my fellow Americans, who often forget that the rest of the world is there.

Sorry, I meant PDT, which is -7 from GMT, and when the daylight savings switches, 6 PM PST.
