Packaging and some other rant

I'm as big a fan as the next person of IV's work, my Darwinia posters take pride of place in my office, and I've enjoyed most of the games. However, irrespective of the limits of whoever the poor sod is that has to pack and send all these, it takes very little at all to communicate the difficulties. I've had precisely zero communication from the company I gave £34 to two weeks ago. A simple note to my account, email, sticky thread. Something. Whilst they still have plenty of goodwill in the kitty from me, I see little logic in stretching that goodwill too far for the sake of some communication. I get it from everywhere else I order.
It's unfortunate about the items arriving damaged too as it has heightened my anxiety.

I was going to post a much bigger message but I too would rather try to stay on the side of goodwill. Morte pretty much summed up my thoughts...

Besides, there is little point going back over the same complaints if some people are resigned to not always getting what they paid for, when they expected it, in anything resembling good condition.

Hi all! I recently decided to start my own small streetwear business. I was able to find a good production, a supplier of materials and even two investors, and in theory my business was ready to launch, but I could not find a company that could produce stylish packaging for our clothes that could speak about our brand, about our ideology. Fortunately, I was lucky, because my friend advised me to pay attention to this company that deals with visual branding packages. I immediately turned to these guys and did not regret it, because with them we were able to quickly agree on the design of our clothing packages and thus now my business is flourishing!
