What algorithms and strategies do they use, how are they weighted etc.

Well, there is this '(CPU) Red' guy... who is either a new AI type in testing, with a chatterbot that works pretty well, or is a human masquerading as a bot.
I saw him once or twice...

Might be something to investigate.
