you'll find the debug output from various programs in the one for the autopatcher there is a line that contains a link to the manifest file the program uses. open that in your web browser and you'll get a list of files and a link in the bottom to get the files that's incomplete. What to do? cut and paste the link an then cut and paste the filename of what you want at the end. hit enter. one download over http ready!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

oh and the localsettings folder is hidden so you have to tell windows in folder options to show hidden files!
