Your first game

Postby Cannon » Fri Sep 19, 2008 8:59 am

What type of game does everyone think they'll play for their first once the game is released? Which of the various game modes will you specifically aim for, if any? Will you first try a game against the AI to get the hang of the controls, or will you jump straight in at the deep end and face-off against Real People?

For myself, I think I'll skip the AI game and start noob-ing it up online in whatever game is about to start- I suspect there'll be no greater motivator to improve than hearing the screams of my Multiwinians as they perish due to my inept fumblings. :)

The reviews speak of two tutorials.

I'm sure the beta testers will be happy to make you first online game a skill motivational experience.

I'll start off by playing some skirmish games against AI to get comfortable with the controls and get a feel for the game. Than I'll start pwning/getting pwned online :D
