As a slightly older gamer I tend not to get that excited about new releases.

In fact the last game I was anxious about was Defcon.

I'm really excited about Multiwinia for several reasons...I've been fortunate enough to be helping test it for the last few months and it's something special...I'm also interested in how tactics develop...

Just a few days to go and something I read recently keeps coming to mind...

Valve and Introversion seen to get me excited with every new release. There are also games from smaller teams like Castle Crashers (The Behemoth) and Braid I also look forward too. Otherwise, the general mish mash of the games industry is rather uninteresting otherwise.

I used to look forward to a lot of games being released, but over the years, I've not been interested in main stream games. Is this a sign on old age creeping in, or have my 'game taste buds' been more refined. Only thing I can tell you all, I'm looking forward to weekend
