MW on Steam..

I looked at Steam today, and found that they are now accepting pre-orders for MW.

It is also 20% cheaper than from the IV store in the US and includes Darwinia...

I'm all for supporting IV, which is why I bought it here in the first place, because I knew they would make more money without having to pay Steam's fees. But now I found out not only did I pay more, but I don't get as much as I would waiting to buy it from Steam.

I know unless somebody from IV feels like throwing an early christmas nothing will happen, but I can't help but feel ripped off by paying more for less by trying to support you :/.

Well, for what it is worth, the Steam versions of IV's games tend not to be quite as full-featured -- mods generally require some extra work, for instance. However, $5 is really that much of a hardship for you, buy from Steam. That is why the option is there.
