The Subversion Tech demos are back on sale and you can pay whatever you like over at IndieGala.
A couple of years ago we released the City Generator from Subversion
as well as a Voxel destruction demo that Chris had put together
At the time we saw these as sweeteners to encourage people to pick up the Humble Bundle, but actually they went down a storm and we've had lots of requests to put them back on sale.
Well we've teemed up with the indiegala guys and you can pick up both demos along with all four Introversion games as well four other great games. It's pay what you want, but won't last forever so head over there now and pick it up!

Demo source or just exe?
Hi,
Is there any source with the demos, or is it just the finished executables?
I'd be quite interested to see the technical detail, not just the pretty.

I agree, it would be pretty amazing if we could export a city to a map that I could use in a shawdow runner game or something.

I've been wondering about export options too. I bought one of the bundles this was in solely to get the city generator. Such an awesome bit of tech - I really hope development on Subversion resumes at some point, if only to get the city generator to a stage where it can output things for other games to use.
available for download still??
Is it still possible to download the Tech Demos?
I am usually the last person to say this, but here goes: just pirate them.
The tech demos are rarely available (only twice so far), and they're also very WORTHLESS in their current state, which is why you shouldn't feel bad for doing so. There's no way to get them and there likely won't be ever again.

A [Neat]nit to pick: invaluable is a synonym of "priceless" or "beyond value." To say that something is invaluable is to say that it is worth a great deal. I believe that you meant to say that the tech demos are without value, i.e. they are not a money maker for IV, and are not worth very much at all.
