Mentioned in the prologue which I played for the 1st time the other night.

Wouldn't the Great War be the war inside of Darwinia itself?

People might think that The Great War may be some FPS game where you shoot people... Introversion's the kind of people who would simulate WWI, anyway :P

what am I talking about...

(sorry, im not thinking properly today)

Yes it does sound a bit WW1ish...

Maybe a tagline would give it a proper frame of reference...

If we're going to rehash old suggestions, I still think that CTRL with a darwinian for a T would make a better title.

By the way, in case there are any doubts, the great war mentioned on the prologue is in fact the original Darwinia.

How about Dreaming Sheepies which is a PKD referrence but also people might confuse it for a jeff minter game which would give you a slight popularity buff.

Why not just call it Jeff Minter's Darwinia. Fill Darwinia with shitty re-hashed XBox 360 visualizations, and claim it's an entirely new game. Worked for him.

Jeff Minter's Sid Meier's American McGee's Darwinia.

Instantiation or maybe Instantia to making it shorter for the dumb people and sound more like Darwinia. since that is basically what the game is about, screwing around with little clone people.

Count my vote for Selection. It's as punchy as Uplink, Defcon, or Subversion and it's tied to the original theme of Darwin and natural selection. The problem is that this game is supposed to be more light-hearted than the aforementioned ones and Selection sounds awfully serious.

Now that I think of it, people might think that Selection was tied to Subversion instead of Darwinia.
