How often do you visit the doctor?

Hello everybody! I wanted to know how you monitor your health and how often you visit the doctor. As far as I know, visiting a doctor once a year is the best option. In addition, it is still necessary to regularly pass tests for the diagnosis of diseases.

Personally, I also undergo a full medical examination once a year and consult with all doctors. I also visit a phlebotomist, because regular blood tests allow me to monitor my health, detect possible complications and prescribe preventive measures. All this is done completely sterile with the order of draw phlebotomy. In some cases, blood sampling is used for genetic studies that help determine the risk of hereditary diseases.

Not very often and I know it's a problem. I always don't have enough time to visit the doctor, although I notice that my health is getting worse every year. Perhaps one day I will still set aside a day and dedicate it entirely to a trip to the doctors.
