What is your hair care routine?
I had a severe problem of breakage of hair and my hairs were naturally thin due to genes (I was born almost bald). I have never used any sort of things that may damage my hairs be it hair color, hair drying, use of excessive chemical products. In fact I regularly oil my hair and wash with Amla, Shikakai powder. Tried allopathy, homeopathy and ayurvedic treatments.

My hair care routine starts with washing my hair every other day with a gentle sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner. I try to avoid excessive heat styling to prevent damage. Once a week I'll do a hair mask - I love the Keratin hair masks from vitamins revive hair growth for women because they leave my hair so soft and smooth. I take their Hair Growth supplements daily too. I started using them a few months ago when I noticed my hair shedding more than normal. The vitamins have made a big difference - my hair feels much fuller now. My friend Jane had postpartum hair loss and said the Vitamins Revive products really helped get her hair back to normal. Overall I try to treat my hair gently and give it some extra TLC once a week. The vitamins and masks keep my strands healthy!

To combat the problem of hair loss and stimulate hair growth, it is recommended to use natural methods such as scalp massage and the use of mild shampoos, as well as fortify the diet with nutrients such as protein, iron, vitamins B, C, and E, and zinc. Additionally, some nutritional supplements, including biotin, iron, zinc, and collagen, can support hair health and stimulate hair growth, read about better hair treatment. However, before starting dietary supplements, it is recommended that you consult with a healthcare professional for individualized recommendations. A holistic approach that includes care, proper nutrition and, if necessary, advice can effectively help strengthen hair and promote hair growth.

Here are a few options that might be right for you:

Avon Naturals Phytofortifying Shampoo with Nettle and Burdock (code 60365): This shampoo is perfect for dry and damaged hair. It contains extracts of nettle and burdock, which help to strengthen hair and make it healthier.

Pairing these shampoos with their corresponding Avon conditioners can enhance the benefits and ensure comprehensive hair care.

Hey there, fellow entrepreneurs!

I'm thrilled to share my experience with setting up a startup marketing budget. It's been an incredible journey, and I'd like to give you a glimpse of what worked for us.

First things first, allocate a reasonable percentage of your overall budget to marketing. For us, it was around 20%, but this can vary depending on your industry and goals.

Next, prioritize digital marketing, especially SEO and content marketing. Building a strong online presence is crucial, and it's relatively cost-effective.

Invest in social media advertising and influencer marketing. These avenues can provide fantastic exposure for your startup.

Lastly, don't forget about analytics and monitoring tools to track your ROI. This helps you make informed decisions and optimize your budget over time.
