I have quite frequent breakdowns in the kitchen. Either the kettle breaks or the stove. Friends, please advise specialists who can come and fix everything for me.

Hello! We had a microwave that stopped working so we called American Home Shield as we are their customers. They, in turn, called their local appliance technicians, who came, diagnosed, and fixed the problem on the spot. Now everything works fine. I don't like american home shield just because I don't use them very often, but when I did I didn't have any problems.

Hi all! I have a small problem with the roof, or maybe a big one, I don’t know how serious it is, when moisture collects in the house, can this problem be solved by repairing the roofs, or does the entire roof need to be replaced. In short, I need a master who will tell me what to do. And yet, please advise where I can get acquainted with the topic of roofing in more detail. Thank you in advance.

The roof was recently repaired and TechnoNICOL material was used. There're a lot of information about building materials on this site — https://technonicol.in/materials/roofing-shingles/ , for example roofing tiles. Their shingles are made from bitumen, a durable and weather-resistant material commonly used in roofing. These tiles are available in a variety of colors and styles such as classic, architectural and design. They are designed to mimic the look and feel of traditional roofing materials such as wood chips and clay tiles, but with the added benefits of durability and low maintenance.
