A little problem with "Name in game"

Hi everyone! I'm new on the forum and I recently bought that awesome game.

I've "Name in Game Edition" and I'm trying to send my prisoner bio but when I go where the Introversion site say me to go (http://www.introversion.co.uk/prisonarc ... ameingame/) it just open a blank page with "Forbidden!" wrote on the left corner. How can I send it?

Login with your forum credentials. Once done, it will take you to another screen where you can type in the access code you received by email when you purchased. Once done, a new button should appear on the bottom of that page saying something like "name in game editor" or something similar.
