Just have a simple question: Is there a way for me to get e-mail notifications upon getting quoted on the forums? I want that.

Not exactly. You can subscribe to a topic, however. The link is at the very bottom of the page, in a small font, on the left. There is also a checkbox that you can selected when you make a post.
