Incorrect. Arnold took one out in the jungles of Meso-America. And if that wasn't enough, the predator vaporized himself with a nuke. He were dead. Also, I believe that a xenomorph killed a predator in Aliens vs Predator, but that was such a terrible, terrible movie that it probably doesn't count.
