Should newbies be allowed to post polls?

I don't think so, I host tournaments for defcon and I need to use polls sometimes in my threads. (They are helpful)

All polls are useless.

The only reason to make a poll would be to care about the opinions of others. But if you really would care, you would not give them a fixed set of answers, but let them answer has they like to. Hence all polls are useless, except for the 6 bold characters in front of the title.

But I like listening to peoples opinions, this hole tourney with 3v3 is made out of peoples thoughts and feelings. Everything was decided "by the people"

I stand by my convictions that poll creation should be a CEPO priviledge.
