New neptune's pride game just created

I realised I still have some credits left, and it's been a while since I played. So I set up a new game.

The only significant change is that speed starts at 3 and cannot be researched any further. The main reason being that at speeds above 3 you have to check in far too often; I intend this to be a fairly relaxed affair you can check at work / at home once or twice a day, no more than that and with no need to log in at absurd times...

Woohow. luckily it's a slow speed game. I have my last exam tomorrow so tomorrow I'll be making my exam and celebrating. The day after that I'll probably be recuperating. But I've given enough ahead orders to my ships so you won't notice my absence at all.

I'd say it's going to get a whole lot crazier, but it kind of already did when everyone suddenly got 8 weapon skill.

That was quite a bummer on my plans actually. That lost me one more fleet than I was anticipating. But at this stage of the game everything still seems possible. Although I doubt cooper will win. At least if I'm making the right connections between forum names and neptune's pride names.
