I had missed that rule :P That does raise an interesting conundrum.

I'm happy to believe that xander is indeed busy in real life which would explain his somewhat unusual passive participation, so I'm going back to my original suspicion of Xarlaxas the Pirate.

Yes, maybe I am judging xander too hard. I'll go back to cooper42

Heh, I'm busy too you know! :P

Feels to me that we're going to guessing again for who to vote for, except that we know Nit is human. Hmmm, I think I'll go back to my original suspicions and vote for MrBunsy.

He could be a wolf who was given the gun by someone who died since giving it to him. Would be a great cover story particularly since he would be able to lie about being given it at the start of the game.

I pointed out last time I posted that I'd been snowbound. No power or internet for days, and then I immediately left for thanksgiving with internet-less family. Just got back, really. :P I only had time for that one post in the middle. And I'm still trying to figure out what's going on, so I don't have a clue who to vote for.

Wait... ynbniar is dead? Then why did NeatNit vote for him? Man, I am confused. Also, I just drove 14 hours, the last two of which were in the dark, with high winds and snow. I am going to go drink copious amounts of vodka until I can sleep. Also, I seem to have missed the fact that the gun can be passed. I am pretty clueless at the moment. I'm going to vote for whoever is first alphabetically on the list of people who are still alive. Who is still alive?

Thats a lot of people starting with uncommon letters, bit sus. Although you could look at the names in this order, although this implicates me by xander's logic:

elexis a.k.a. "The Ambitious"
MrBunsy a.k.a. "The Blunt"
Montyphy a.k.a. "The Cowboy"
NeatNit a.ka. "The Nitpicker"
zjoere a.k.a. "The Opportunist"
Shwart!! a.k.a. "The Pink"
Xarlaxas a.k.a. "The Pirate"
xander a.k.a. "The Rainbow"
Xocrates a.k.a. "The Redundant"
Cooper42 a.k.a. "The Singer"

@zjoere: Not necessarily a special, but someone. I haven't been involved in any behind the scenes banter yet :P

Oh, and I'll be voting for my old suspect MrBunsy.

Neither have I. Except for one pm I got from ace when he was still alive.
If Shwart was a wolf and assuming he isn't the only one left of them: being away for a couple of days while the other wolves do the night killings provides an almost perfect cover. So I'll continue to keep an eye on you!

Heh, true. RL circumstances shouldn't really be used to implicate a player, though.

And suspicious as this is, I'm going to vote for Neatnit until persuaded otherwise. He may most likely be human, but he's doing us less good in any circumstance than people like... oh, xander or zjoere. No offense, Neatnit, but I'd rather follow a suspected wolf than you. They usually still have good logic.

Day 5 ends in one hour

I forgot about the one-hour announcement, my apologies. I will not be available to close the day in one hour, so I will have to do that tomorrow morning. I trust you all enough to not post anything after 0:15 GMT on the 29th. ;) Just to keep it fair, please do not edit your posts after that time either. Any posts that appear to have been edited after day's end containing a vote will be ignored.

zjoere because he voted for me.

Wasn't it established in my tiff with Ace on the first day that I lack basic numeracy?

Day 5 ends
Night ends 8:00 GMT, November 30th

After so many killings, it's time to make a statement. MrBunsy is unfortunate enough to be the target of a rather sharp axe, leaving quite a mess in the town square. Let's hope there's not too many nightmares!

Day 6 starts
Day ends 8:00 AM GMT, December 2nd

As the sun rose, a bewildering scene showed last night's murder to everyone. It appeared the answer to the ultimate question of life, the universe and everything had been transformed into a paint bucket to write Redrum in big letters on the wall of Cooper42's former home. For the sake of keeping the neighbourhood clean, it's time to spill more may-or-may-not-be-wolf blood!
