...so i have a new desktop system and it uses a 13A power lead...the curious thing is that it keeps turning itself on :shock: ...i was just wondering if this was because of the larger Amp? or if anyone else has had this problem? :)

I suppose i should be more concerned if it turns itself on when it's not plugged in :roll: ...no wonder it was such a bargain.

i had that ghostly experience aswell on my old IBM machine then figured my BIOS was setup to wakeup/turn on my PC on a certain time also setup to go on... on network activity, but now i disabled those feature.

So why not take a peep at you BIOS settings and that may be the culprit.
