Share your unkown/original/amazing tunes

Postby Razorjack » Wed Mar 17, 2010 11:27 pm

Hey,

I'm quite a music addict, and i keep browsing internet music plateforms in order to update my playlists.
Looking for new sounds, or so old they've been forgotten, is quite an adventure, and there's almost nothing as brilliant as rediscovering a lost music wich rocked our own childhood.
So let's share good materials folks,

I'll start with a little piece of Brazil, perfect in the morning when you're stuck in the bed : here !

All the taste are in the nature, a little unexhautive list :

- Groovy soul
- Electro
- Oldschool blues/Country and man, those are three kids playin' : age 20, 18, and 16 !
- Electro-rock
- Afro Beat When an american band plays afro beat, and sing in Hebrew, it's just awesome
- Jazz
- Blues For all Cowboy bebop fans...
- Classic disco tube
- Classic hip-hop
- Classic music Ok famous, but still, beautifull

Enjoy, and feel free to share any other !

I dont know whats worse: bumping up older topics, or starting a new one completley relevant to it...

Creating new topics is worse. Bumping an old topic is no sin if the new post is relevant and meaningful. In the music discussion thread, any new post about music is potentially both. Hence, it is better to bump the old thread than create a new one.

Current Favorite song:
Eleanor Rigby-The Beatles

Current Favorite band:
Franz Ferdinand (They have more of my favorite songs)

My PSP is my main source of music (I use my computer to download new songs and such, but not really to enjoy music)
I currently have 65 songs on my PSP.

Hold your horses and look at your post. The topic is much more general than mine. This one is not about current favorite tunes, but about awesome tunes you can't access by media such as radio or tv music show. There are so much music already recorded that generally you don't even know that the new summer tube is a (bad) remix of an older tube made 30 years ago.

This post is about original/unkown/awesome music, not about beatles music. And god knows i love them !

Cheers

Tube? Think you mean tune.

Also, you need to learn to read more than just the first post of a topic

Since i got only one music relevant answer, this topic is not going to be constructive.
Too bad there's more people who wants to argue, than people who want to share music. This is symptomatic of defcon/introversion biggest issue : narrow minded people with overdevelloped ego rotting this forum inventivness from the inside.

Well you guess right monthy, its tune i meant. I'm not native english.
Let's close this topic.

i'm just gonna move on some actual better forum, cause i only feel bad waves on this one

Loltroll.

Although not strictly music, I have been enjoying the antics of [url=http://www.facebook.com/pages/The-Fully-Sick-Rapper/380879138857]Fully Sick Rapper[/b], a guy in quarantine in Australia, who, in the absence of anything to do, decides to make music videos, and very strange/weird/surreal ones at that. Warning: Facebook link.
