Use bold to sign-up below (you may choose your role), and for this trial, please, no motions for dismissal, etc. We're going on the assumption that The Accused is brought in according to customary procedure and is being tried in accordance with established law.
Also, I can only create so much evidence and so forth. There will be at least:
Emergency call transcript
Forensic Case Report
Lab Report (DNA)
Examiners Report
Responding Officer's Report
Detective's/Arresting Officer's Report
List of item's obtained via warrant from The Accused's residence
Ballistics Report
There may be others, such as sketch of the crime scene (hand drawn) and diagram of possible angle of fatal gunshot. I have a basic outline of the story but have not began manufacturing the reports. I'll also have to put a time line and individual story together for each person, so it may be a week or so before this starts. I really do not want to be anything but an observer this time, so somebody step up and be a prosecutor.
One last note: Please, no silly antics this time, like busting out of jail and brandishing a gun in the courtroom, or holding press conferences and making outlandish statements that are irrelevant to the trial, I believe that greatly reduces the entertainment value. Let's just play the role, in the courtroom. Once the evidence has been created and stories formed, I'll let the Prosecutor, Judge, and Defense see all the evidence. It will be up to the defense to inform The Accused. I will personally give each person their story. The innocence/guilt of The Accused will be determined prior to trial, and only he/she will truly know which it is, until a verdict is proclaimed.
