Personally, I'm voting for Rio.
Brazil really fascinates me, I've met a lot of really great people from there and I'm really interested in where the country is headed over the next few decades.

Brazil is getting the FIFA WC after South Africa, in 2014, so it's really a surprise that they're getting both that and the Olympics next to one another. IOC could end up with major egg on their faces if the world cup goes badly though.

To be fair, several hosts have a territorial claim on Antartica. Although admittedly there was never an event taking place there.
