Welcome to the region. In other news, Feud must be supplying Maxia Zeta with small arms...

Code: Select all

A collection of citizens, civil rights workers, and concerned mothers have signed a petition to stop the manufacturing of the 'BFG-69' (AKA 'the Organ Grinder'), a new rifle planned to be used in the military which works by shredding people's internal organs.

Oh yeah, I green lit that project a while ago.

List is updated, 18 in all so far!

Hmm... I'm tempted to place subliminal propaganda in Heavy Metal songs, although I wonder when did I get a brother named Chastity Gutenberg.

Also, why did my income tax raise by 9% overnight?

I had to bite my lip and watch Harry Potter reach the bestsellers.

Them religious nuts were wrong. But, seriously, I should set up a vetting system. Harry Potter is offensive, not because of the description of dark arts, but because it's a mediocre piece of derivative drivel. From now on, I think all books have to go via my personal approval before publishing.

How does one sign up to the sepulveda nation, if only to avoid becoming "test subjects" for a certain Feuds' zombie warrior division?

In the region page there is a link near the top that you can use to move there.

Well, six out of the possible 29 nations have posted a song in the competition thread (which started yesterday), including Maxia Zeta (me). Seems like I'll probably get some points and not end up at the bottom. Not sure how close I'll get to the top ten though. Judging hasn't started yet.

A new day dawns in the lands of Supulveda.

As the Laglandic Collective steps into the role of delegate to the World Assembly we wish to initiate dialogue regarding proposals and WA issues for vote.

We would like to vote "yes" on all liberate proposals and WA votes that show merit in The Forum. It seems like an obvious act of common sense solidarity for regions who have been raided. We would invite any member nations to join in reviewing transcripts from The Forum and offering advisement. We seek your input.

Peaceful and EZ-

Laglandic Collective

Apparently there is a very thin line between a benevolent dictatorship and a compulsory consumerist state and I'm walking on it

Hmm, all I do is choose the option to improve education and prevention methods with regard to malaria, instead of the other insane options (including dumping extreme amounts of cash into drugs, nuking the swamp lands; well not really but close, converting my nation into a barren wasteland free of life, etc) and this is the result I get...

"the government has taken a 'sort it out yourselves' approach to fighting malaria"

:P

Voting for WorldVision 11 starts Friday.

Any help with ranking the songs is appreciated. The way it works (I think), is only the top ten songs should be awarded points: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12 with 12 being the one you think is the best.

Edit: Just noticed, I'm dead last in the region for biggest corporate welfare state. Take that The Republica Banana of Boezjoemboela!
