Heh :) It is, of course, true that I was still communicating with RabidZombie. A mixture of truth and lies to confuse the enemy. There are two reasons why I didn't vote for him: a) as I told someone privately already, I wanted to keep him as a 'wildcard' in case I or my human allies get in trouble, someone to easily vote off later. Cruel, maybe, but it may have saved someone I may have known to be human the life. And b) It appears I myself was target of the first night wolf attack. While RZ looked quite guilty on the first day, that attack made me reconsider. What would have happened had it succeeded? Right, RZ would have been lynched right away, making it a suicide eating. So I had strongly conflicting info about him, best way to deal with those is the sneaky PM way. I knew there was still time to decide, and if he had reacted to my lure, I'd have put him up for lynching right away.

I can understand quite well why he wouldn't want to inform me about his identity if he truly is the Seer. I would have done the same.

right now. There's just one wolf left (plus traitor), so we have at least one more lynching; if he lies, we have time to lynch him next.

Although, what if RZ himself is the traitor and wants to give his (unknown) wolf partner more time? If that is the case and we follow RZ, the game will go down to four players in two days, something a lone wolf can almost always win. We could eliminate that possibility by lynching RZ first. If he tells the truth, we still win. Apart from this possibility, it's quite unimportant who the traitor really is.

Pox, maybe you wish to defend yourself or give up right now?

Whoa, lots of activity while I was asleep.

I know that I'm definitely a villager, and thus RZ is a wolf or the traitor; but obviously I can't prove that to you by posting a role PM. All you have against me here is the word of a "seer", one who has been under a fair amount of suspicion for a while.

Hmm. This is getting a little thick.

For the moment, with the advantageous position the villagers are in with just one villager down against one wolf down, we don't have much to lose if we simply go by RabidZombie's advice to say Vote: Pox and lynch RZ tomorrow if he doesn't turn out to be a wolf. Even if he doesn't vote for himself like he promised he is always outnumbered by the remaining players, so there doesn't seem to be much harm in just going along with this sacrificial move of his.

Indeed, Vote: Pox seems to work out, either way.

Well, I suppose the only thing that could be wrong with killing Pox if he's not the wolf is somebody else is gonna die (unless the GA can go for a miracle three for three).

Edit: Also, if you're wrong and I'm right, we just missed out on a chance at a perfect Human de-wolfing. :P

If you mean by this what I think you mean, this is incorrect as we lynched Vicious who turned out to be a villager. ;)

Yeah :) If I understand things right, we'd find some werewolf porn in the traitor's home, so I think Vicious was a regular human. Furthermore, I don't think RZ can be the last wolf. I mean, how stupid would that be? He'd essentially be committing delayed suicide here.

Except he didn't engage in any kind of dialogue. RabidZombie did (still think it's him).

Game Over!

Postby Phelanpt » Tue Jun 09, 2009 10:15 pm

RabidZombie quickly accuses Pox. A few notice this, and accuse him right back.

He quickly defends himself by saying he has special powers that enable him to see who is a wolf or not. He claims that his powers showed him Pox was a werewolf, the last remaining one.

The mob discusses this, and starts to divide into two camps, those who believe RabidZombie, and those who do not.

Accusations fly from and to both sides, until one of the arguments starts to be more persuasive. At the end, only Pox accuses RabidZombie. The rest have decided, Pox will hang.

Pox just remains quiet, and lets himself be let to the trees. A new rope is thrown over the branch, and a crate is placed beneath.

He is led to the crate, with no resistance. Two men help him up, and put the noose around his neck. They ask him if he has any last words.

"I do."
He changes fast, with black and white hair seeming to erupt from his skin. He throws the two men near him to the ground, blood spurting from their chests, and howls. You are all stricken with horror.

He races towards RabidZombie and jumps him with his huge maw open wide. RabidZombie sees his glistening fangs approaching, and only has time to raise his pitchfork before Pox lands on him.

A huge roar of pain is heard, and Pox falls. RabidZombie crawls out from under him, covered in blood. Luckily, most of it is not his.

The mob is in shock, but soon smiles start to appear on all their faces. Finally, they are rid of those blasted werewolves!

Pox died Day 3, he was a Werewolf Roleblocker!

Only one face does not smile. Tears run down bert_the_turtle's face as he screams: "Nooooo! Don't die!"

He kneels near Pox, and cries.

"My chance is gone..."

The villagers see bert's madness, and drag him away from the werewolf's corpse. They lock him up in the inn's basement.

They search his house, and find many books with illustrations of anthropomorphic wolves in strange positions. Near his bed, they find his journal. He had been intending to betray them all along, to become a werewolf himself!

bert_the_turtle was locked up Day 3, he was a Furr...I mean Traitor!

The villagers decide to take him with them the next time they go to town. Maybe the Talbot West Grace asylum will know what to do with him.

Game Over, Village wins!

I'll post night actions and my notes later. Hope you liked the game. :)
