An art piece on the New York Times site struck me as amazingly familiar (scroll down to the last several images).

What, a low-res stick figure? Yeah, Darwinia was totally the first thing ever to use that.

I was actually thinking about the overall graphical look as well as the imagery. I wasn't saying Darwinia pioneered it, I just said it struck me as very similar.
