1) There is nothing there.

2) Notice the link itself. It's the official Introversion one! The guys who make and own Uplink. If they want to host a free non demo version, that's their choice. Seriously engage the old grey matter, I know it's hard (especially as you haven't managed to master looking around a forum before posting) but do try.
