Right, I want your opinions on a few points:

When should Night be/how long should the days be? I'm considering having the night from about 4pm to, at most, 7 pm (times GMT), partly because these are the times I should be more consistently available. This would mean days would last about 21 hours.

When do you want the game to start? Right now I'm considering closing sign ins at around 11pm today, send PMs with everyone's role, and starting the game after I come back from lunch on wednesday hoping everyone saw their PMs(this would cause the 1st day to be longer than the others).

Sounds good?

I'm not sure about limiting the length so much... only a 3-hour window for night could be an issue for some, considering the scattering of timezones.

I believe some games have had shorter windows. Obviously that would imply that people that were not around would need to send PM's in advance.

My other suggestion would be night starting at around 11-12 pm GMT and ending at around 10-11 am GMT the following day. Obviously this would imply shorter days or two days/day

I agree with your new Idea, it would be impossible for me to do any night stuffwith the original setup. (2-5 am!!!)

Two days per day might be a good idea.

Okay then. Sign ups will close in about 40 minutes, and roles will be sent to everyone.

Day 1 will last from around 11 am tomorrow to 11 pm thursday.

I'll try to give an one hour warning before ending a day, however I can't promise I'll be around to do so and may end the day without warning at the previously stated time or any time past it.
