Wow. That's OLD.
I hope I'm never that OLD.
OOOOOOLLLLLDDDDDD
old
I used to say the same thing many years ago. And guess what, I am still here.
I dare say you WILL make it to my ripe old age and beyond. Just think how good DEFCON
will be in 20 or thirty years.

Didn't Brad Pitt teach you any manners?mibias wrote:Sure thing, Gramps
1. You do not call him Gramps.
2. You DO NOT call him Gramps.
That's good then - nuclear war is a game for all ages, young, old and all those in between, like me.
Thanks for sticking up for me too - at 43 I am way too young to be considered Gramps-like. I
don't know the Brad Pitt quote though - guess I have spent too many years working and gaming
and not enough time at the movies.
On another matter I have been fortunate enough to be able to sit in as a spectator on a few good games
over the last few nights. That and days worth of going through the forum here reading and reading posts on
tactics etc has been very helpful. To all those here that have taken the time to provide information and tutorials
etc, a big thank you - without such, the learning curve would be a tad steeper.
All the best for now.
