November 5th would be Guy Fawkes, wouldn't it? Guy Montag is an entirely different reference. He was a fireman.

See I probably could have got away with Fawkes if not for the fact Fallout 3 got there before me. Bastards!

As for the person's history, the reason I need a strong single word name is because the man is supposed to be more a project than a soldier. And the only thing worse than a ridiculous character is having a ridiculous character who backstory is fed to you in excruiciating detail, hence why I need the kind of name the military would give to one of their bizaare pet projects.

Ooh. In that case I suggest my previously discarded suggestion of Laser Bunny Murder. And Icarus, Perseus and Origin.

Single word militray project name? Now I'm thinking a bunch of numbers and a nickname they use to make him feel more human. Any numbers that could be related to fire, heat, and light that could also have a short name based off of them fo we don't have to call him them?

Terrible suggestion #mine:

Phlogan/Flogan

From the Greek word 'φλόγα (floga)' meaning flame, and homophonic to "Logan", a common American name.

I guess being a country hobo isn't that bad though, considering that the city was hit in the nuclear war. Hopefully the bomb killed the hound.
