Although not recent games, I completed Samorost 2 and Machinarium today. Both beautiful and great games. Samorost 2, while quite short, was a bit frustrating at times due to making use of so many time critical puzzles but Machinarium is definitely Amanita Design's best game so far. I loved the style of artwork. Managing to convey ideas without dialogue, especially in its in-built walkthrough, was a very nice touch.

Nope, not possible as it checks your IP address against your bank's location, which was a pain when I was living in Swizterland. I had to remote connect to my sister's computer in England in order to be able to buy games on Steam with my English bank account.
