Ugh, don't get me started on London, King's Cross on a Friday was horrible: made me think of a zombie-apocalypse movie, and the East End certainly left an impression with the druggie with the gashed arm, the screams and the rather awful taxi driver.
Everything IV-related was great, but the city? Terrifying!

Maybe they do stack, but only the most recently applying one was given to us when badges rolled out? Actually that makes no sense if your join date was in April.
Edit: and more importantly, where's my beta test match winner badge then?
