Fantastic night, Mrs ynbniar and myself had a great time.

Met a few community members, said hello to a fabulous looking Vic, asked Leander where the toilet was and got a blue multiwinian.

Thanks IV.

Woo! Had a great time, met loads of people. As soon as I walked in, my girlfriend disappeared, I found her a few minutes later talking to a slightly bemused Mark ;)

Sadly plenty of people I didn't get to see, such as Rkiver, but still great fun! I managed to say hello to most of the IV staff too, which was nice :)

Kinda left in a hurry as well, didn't realise I'd almost missed the last train, didn't really get to say goodbye!

I spent ages waiting for a bus and only just got home. I wish i didn't mock those who got a taxi.

Sadly, I'm missing a few pics of the people who were there though.

How'd you manage that? :P

I managed to meet quite a lot of people, but looks like I didn't manage to meet quite a lot of people too. I'm dreading the photos.

What a great night! It was really cool meeting a lot of you. I'm sure my brother Neothermic will be posting the hundreds of photos he took last night in the next few hours.

Yeah, the taxi wasn't that a great thing to go for, also I saw a man who had stabbed himself in the arm to get people to give him money for drugs, which is a first for me, that was seconds after zanzer7 asked "is the East end really that bad?" Heh.

Yeah, I feel the same too, I should have accosted some more developers, I spoke to Chris but the extent of that conversation was "oi, some person over there wants their drinks!" Heh.

It was really cool to meet you people, and I'm looking forward to the next time! Though none of you people looked (or sounded) like I imagined, damn you Jelco for sounding so.... Finnish?

I have some awesome photos, all of them are out of focus. I'm dumping them mainly on this gallery thing. I think there's Mark, Tom and Chris in my paultry few low quality out of focus photos that I took on the night. Expect some better photos from other people some time in the future - I know Montyphy has some neat ones, and I expect NeoThermic has some too.

Well Aoife and I are back home. Would have been nicer if we could have stayed one more day....ah well.

Was a blast as always visiting NeoThermic and Jo can only be.

Fucking train journeys take too goddamn long. Had a great night indeed, in fact all of the day (and the next morning) was definitely worth it.

Met up with NeoThermic, his sister, Rkiver and Aoife in front of the London Dungeons at 3 PM on Friday, and after finding out TimTim was miles away from us we walked towards their hotel room, or rather, temporary apartment. I'm really looking forward to NeoThermic's pictures, it was fucking HUGE! Walked around a bit, barged into the Hamster only to find that we weren't the first ones there so the surprise we had intended wasn't really there, but it was fun meeting up with everybody. In case you people are wondering, my nick was changed on Byron's machine by NeoThermic when we needed to kill a few minutes. :P The 'Friend of IV' badge was added when we returned to the 'hotel room' later, before going to Shoreditch, but not before NeoThermic let Rkiver listen to the horrible "Less Than Three" song - I wanted to kill him when I saw his mouse move over there. :P Arrived at Zigfrids about 20 minutes before the basement opened, killed the time by watching the movie that was playing on the screens without sound (what movie was that again?) and followed Vic and Martin when they had the staff open the door. From there on it's just too much to tell, it was - in short - real great fun. :D (I smuggled two v1 Foamwinians home, by the way. ;))

Met up with Gary from deepvisual too. Friday morning I found out that he doesn't actually own the store his website talks about, but the address is his private apartment. We talked for about 30 minutes, excusing himself that he didn't have any equipment at home at the moment to show me, but handed me 8 footage DVDs to make it up. Met him this morning again and literally spent two hours in his apartment playing with his expensive toys which he had picked up the previous day especially for me. I also introduced him to Whorld, and he introduced me to xnth (sort of a free PC equivalent of the CG8 which is a way too expensive thing for me to buy at the moment).

Great fun, met an amazing amount of people and really enjoyed it. In hindsight I wish I'd gone for a few more days though, to get to know the others a bit better instead of going home after seeing each other for less than a day.

Forgot two things by the way: I realized when I got back to the YHA at 2:30 AM that I didn't give TGF my donation and I forgot to take MaximusBrood's kit with me which I promised. Sorry, we'll have to settle this a bit differently then. ;)

More ramblings will probably follow.

PS: Finnish? Wut? :P I for one was surprised about the average height, or lack thereof. :P *pondering whether to start throwing around names*
