The place to hang out and talk about totally anything general.

I have no idea, apparently we are supposed to do something with the keys now.

Sorry, I just kinda lost interest in this. I'll just be finishing off this big game of fail tomorrow when I have the time again, I'm a little busy at the moment. :|

A muffled voice is heard coming from the prison door:

Hey, having a game fail mechanic-wise is no reason to drop ones enthusiasm.

Can I run into the control room and start randomly pressing buttons in the hope that something exciting happens?

No, that's my job. You can start flipping switches in the fuse box.

[jelco]Game Over! Normal scientists win! All proper keys were turned, machines uses, coffee drank (no decaf allowed), and all appropriate lab coats worn.

ADA members failed, the LHC went online and began operating shortly after this "incident". Unfortunately, one unforeseen side effect of the LHC was a time bubble creating a loop for all those located in the facility. Therefore, to the outside world, the LHC simply disappeared (mysteriously). To those on the inside, they'll be doomed to repeat the whole process (starting on page one) over and over and over..... [/jelco]
Yay!!! (was normal) er wait, .... d'oh!

Hah! Don't listen to the fake GM! Really, ADA won by boring everyone else to death and destroying all interest in actual experiments!

Anyway, umm, yeah, let's call this game over. ADA members were me, shinygerbil, MikeTheWookiee, zjoere and Kunshu/Xarlaxas. And frankly, we couldn't find out what to do with the game rules :) My initial idea was to let one or two of us pose as Seers, since the public role description looked like Seers wouldn't be able to sniff the Specials. Unfortunately, that turned out to be wrong. MikeTheWookiee had the idea to switch keys like crazy (my public "these keys are important" talk was of course just a smokescreen. Keys didn't matter.) and pose as Keywatcher. Unfortunately, due to the usual communication problems and because one of my swaps got blocked, by the time I was outed, there was just one successful swap with Pox. And Pox had already contacted me about it, so no posing there. There were two other successful swaps, but for whatever reason, Jelco hadn't told us which keys we ended up with, so no information. Well, then I was caught, and dunno what the others planned from then on. I suppose Feud was a non-Seer special?

I tried to keep things quiet until I had a few people who knew I was the Seer, that way if things went messy I would have some support. Luckily the first one or two times people just went with it, and after that our group was large enough that we could largely call the shots.
