Since I'm afraid I'll mis the voting window otherwise I'll do a daring leap of faith and vote Bert

Lets make this interesting. Feud.

Hm. Dunno what's up now, but I don't have any idea whom to trust.
The current (significant) vote totals are:
Bert: 5
Feud: 2 (+1)
Me: 2

So, just to make this a bit closer/more interesting, I change my vote to Feud.

Well, how about getting more confirmed info from Feud, then?

I mean - well, noone knows who to be trusted, granted, but ... Suppose Feud has been contacted by someone claiming to be a seer.

Feud could (in the future, anyway) point out that person. I think this would be a vital loss of information (I might be wrong, as might we all - noone dares come up with a pl*n, anyway).

Combinations, as I see them - and these are just basic assumptions, as objective as I could make them:



I don't know what to make of all this. In the best case scenario, Feud has some interesting info to share in the future - and bert isn't ADA.
In the worst, both Feud and bert should be locked up.
In the middle, we have either Feud pulling a fakie, or bert actually being ADA (and thereby Feud is most probably in contact with the seer.

Summing up, it would seem that of the two, Feud would be wise to lock up in two of the four scenarios (where bert is ADA), whereas - asserting that both are clean - Feud would be the one to keep, of the two (since he knows the identity of an ADA member then).

Giving one point for usability, and subtracting one point for ADAness, the above (while not applying the weights, I haven't the capacity) gives us;

bert: -2 (not being of particular use - except for his remarkable thinking skills)
Feud: -1 (if not ADA, he has info later in the game).

Oh, I am rambling on. I don't want to put either to jail, but at least one of them is a liar ... That, or someone tricked Feud. *sigh*

Because of the slight (apparent) usability advance we have for Feud, I am afraid that I will have to go with bert for now.

I hate utilitarianism. I also fail it - this will with some probability start a bandwagon on me, I am aware. Well, at least I (hope) I've shared my observations and opinions well enough, now.

It's probably been noticed that I basically haven't taken part - I just haven't had the time really, and also this TWG happens to be batshit insane and difficult to follow. :O

So yeah, having finally devoted more than half an hour to reading, I'm not much better off, but I have to say I don't think bert_the_turtle and Feud are shadow boxing or anything like that - my gut instinct is that Feud is *probably* telling the truth. :O

I find it hard to believe Feud would have come out like that unless he had confirmation on the ordeer of him being a special and the seer confirming his identity by identifying that... then again, he could be a wolf relying on us to use that logic.
My vote goes to bert_the_turtle, because of what I've written above and the fact that if he is a wolf, he's a very dangerous one to keep around.

Heh, isn't it ironic that my post was a play on words and that "love" is the opposite of what I did, which according to your logic would mean I was being rational and you're voting for me on false pretenses?

The seer revealed a normal scientist last night, so I have no vote suggestions.

However, the seer did say that both MarvinPA and AceRimmer are normal scientists. More info will e given as I receive it...
