My top three favorite webcomics:

3. xkcd

One of my favorite xkcd strips

2. Achewood

One of my favorite Achewood strips

1. Dinosaur Comics

One of my favorite Dinosaur Comics strips

I highly recommend them!

Note: Achewood is one of those comics that's much better if you read from the beginning and get to know the characters. So is Dinosaur Comics, to a lesser extent.

I like Dilbert. I've heard of Penny Arcade. That's about it.

I would add Larry Leadhead:

It's a comic for hardcore (miniatures) wargamers. :)

Hmmm one of my favorite subjects...

A spaceship which is also an art museum.

http://www.checkerboardnightmare.com
The best satire of the webcomics world. A webcomic about webcomics. Unfortunately no longer updated.

http://www.qwantz.com
Dinosaur Comics! I'm not going to try to explain Dinosaur Comics, but if you're not reading it already...you should be.

A friend got me hooked on this one. Good, weird fun.
