He has other options though:
- The fifth pillar of the Islam. Although he's a bit late, he might be freed from trial if he leaves for Mekka.
- A fifth sattelite. What about Jupiter V? It's pretty far away.
- A tornado. The most destructive tornado is rated 5 on the Fujita scale (F-5). It might keep the cops away.
- A shield of boron?
