I thought it was auf deutsch?

All of sudden, I feel surrounded by nothing but smart people.

"auf deutsch" means text xy is in german
"in deutsch" has the same meaning as the "in" in "only A in math?"

I am german; the fact that i am using the german language does not mean i am smart

I took German my freshman year of college. My German prof was married to one of the Russian profs. At the time, I spoke fluent Russian, as did my German prof. In class, I would often code switch into Russian. Conversations generally went like this:

Me: <answers some question>
Prof (in German): Um... xander?
Me: Da?
Prof (in Russian): Please, this is a German class. Speak in German.
Me (in very broken German): Oh... sorry. :(

I didn't do very well in that class.

I'm not converting FTW to german, besides english is FTW so what would be the point of converting it to german?
