File Comparison Tool

Could really use a good File Comparison tool anyone recommend one?

Win32, type fc in console.

Or if you prefer GUI and the likes, check out UltraEdit32 and menu-option 'compare' (or their standalone-version, same-same, just more bells and whistles).

I'll vouch for UltraEdit - it's an awesome text editor, and I use it for modding as well as when I need to code/alter a website by hand. An overwhelming amount of features. One might even say a torrent of features.

tkdiff is pretty cool. emacs also works. :)
