I love emos.

The place to hang out and talk about totally anything general.

I love emos.

Postby Gravitron » Sun Apr 23, 2006 1:23 pm

In these sad days where IV is (one of) the last of the bedroom devs and the world of games (at least PC ones at that) have been flushed down the creative toilet to find whatever good entertainment that you can.

Because...like, birds are dying, man!

This is a fragment (consider revising) ;)

In other news, somewhere down the comments page:

This was a well documented prank by a SomethingAwful forum member.

Nice to know that it's still working.

Perhaps this one was a prank.
But we all have met some of these freaks on the net (or rather seen their posts and etc.).

This reminds me when one of their members pulled a prank about trying to pull a prank on someone trying to cheat him or something similar and they all helped him (WITH IRL MONEY!) then he disappeared one day (duh) and they never hear from him again or how it ended (duh).

Seriously, SA ppl are in their category (somewhere between amoebas and anthropodes) and should be approached only while carrying a LART, prefferably a cattleprod as to not cause the specimen an unrepairable damage since it is a protected being (mainly due to their nature to become extinct and scientist wish to study them while it is still a possibility).

I suggest that you take the lead. Toss yourself into a black hole, and I shall follow.

It seems you guys are sort of misunderstanding me. Can't really be bothered to explain though, chances are you'll just give me the TLTR (To long to read) and taunt me again.

No, I actually agree, in principle, with the comments that you made. However, the first was sarcastic, and I though an equally caustic reply was needed. I obviously failed in that regard :)

Ah, see, this is where we disagree, Sylph.
In general I'm unanimous with Xander's view.
However, I prefer there to be plenty of suffering...done by my hands.

Any psychologists around? I am wondering if emos are an unexplained phenomenom (middle class, no history of depression, little to no provocation, etc). They certainly look like it as far as I see.

It's probably more of a sociological issue
