i had the same problem with the demo, i think, is there a patch that works on the demo like there is for uplink? if there is then i downloaded that and found i had only put one of the files into the game folder and left the other 2 or 3 behind, so when i put all the files into the game folder it worked. if there was no patch for the demo, ignore me because im thinking of a different game or a dream or something lol
