Surely you could be more direct:
Desktop is image on screen (it's mearly light reflecting off it in a certain way/passing through it in a certain way)
Possible argument that either desktop consists of photons or desktop consists of screen
Hitting the screen with a hammer would disrupt both of these configurations. Hammer also makes a mess of plants...
!

Vanilla Ice raps?! I though he was just in it for the dancing... Didn't he also try on some of MC Hammers trousers and get into a big row?
