Perhaps you are thinking of the B-movie, Snakes on a Train. Next exactly a spoof but its aim was to cash in on the hype.

Well, Snakes on a Plane was a spoof, just not in the same way as, say, Airplane. They took all the cliches of the genre to the extreme, to make it funny. And then they took the suggestions of people on the internet to make it even funnier
