No it just sucks getting hurt at work and having to wake the boss up at 3 a.m., the waking up is pretty common but we try to avoid it at all costs but when it's bad news it's much worse.

Just watched it.
I didn't find it that disappointing, although I definitely wasn't expecting it. It's weird caring for characters this much, and being so shocked and sad when they die/go evil. :(

When my computer turns on it makes a loud Whirring noise like the fans are getting caught in something but when I tap the side it fixes the problem.

I just need a laptop. And a decent one.

Preferably 12" or less.

Recommendations?
And I mean proper decent. Not Alienware-ish, but I don't want to worry about my framerate in most games - perhaps except Crysis and the likes.

12"-wise, the ASUS U6 are meant to be really good for around $1900AU... if you want anything more expensive, go a fujitsu, or a sony.
There's also the ASUS F9S which is incredibly cheap at $1100AU, only bad things I've heard said are that the chassis is big enough to house a 13" screen and the battery only lasts 2 hours.

Is it Joss Whedon's style to come up with the worst (saddest) possible ending? Nobody is happy in the end. Both the hero and villain are defeated, so to speak.

Don't drive when you're tired. My uncle and his family were on their way for a visit and he fell asleep at the wheel, him and my cousin are now dead and the family are in the hospital.
