im currently obtaining Rosetta Stone to learn japanese and then russian, due to the fact i have way too much unused time on my hands, that and because it would help when reading manga....wouldnt need to wait for scanlations of hellsing... Maximum 7's translations rock (death to narutofan!)

Well, 'cogito ergo' means 'I think therefore' (like 'cogito ergo sum'), non negates the following statement, satis is related to the word 'sate', and 'bibivi' is related to imbibe. Thus, "I think, therefore I haven't drunk enough". I can't speak Latin, but it's easy to break things down.
