Some people talk because they have something to say. Others talk because they have to say something.
I'm back from Spain now, and first of all let me make one thing very clear. If you don't speak Spanish fluently, they don't want you there. If you came to Israel and picked a random person off the street, he'd be able to speak English at least well enough to have a conversation with you. ANYONE. In Spain, even people who work with tourists EVERY DAY can hardly speak one word. I wanted to punch someone in the face.
So, that covered, there is only one thing I really wish I could do again. We went to the Warner Bros. park in Madrid, and when I saw what I saw, I simply could not believe my eyes. I obviously missed out on all the jokes and dialog because it was all in Spanish, but FUCK that was insane. I loved it. I can't believe they took the show off in other parts of the world.

Pc screen trouble: The down left corner of my rather new pc-screen sometimes became darker so we went to shop. They said we would have to miss it for 2 weeks so after mailing some family I get hold of a pc-screen I can use while the other one is away. So my dad takes the pc-screen to the shop where they simply give him another one. He comes home, we install it and notice it isn't standing straight on it's base
. This sucks

You're so vain, you probably think this sig is about you

Seriously? Your complaint about Spain is that they don't speak English? What the fuck is wrong with you? If you want to go to another country and not learn the language, then perhaps it would be better to go with a tour group that hires a translator...

It was there all along.. I have no idea what you're talking about.xyzyxx wrote:I assume there's a word "don't" that was missing?

To xander: my complaint is that people who deal with tourists every day as part of their job, speak to you in Spanish and expect you to understand every word they're saying. They really do.
