Again: Because...?

Just in case you're wondering, I'm insisting on this not just because I like the movie, but because it is a good movie. Which is just making me wonder if you guys are saying it's bad just because you didn't like it (Which as you may know by now, one of my pet peeves is that people are unable to distinguish good from enjoyable).

Ok I probably am talking from personal perspective there. I just didn't find it a particularly entertaining. It was just a bit too slow and had slightly too much space between the fast-paced events. (not to say i'm only in it for the action, more that the story wasn't as deep and meaningful etc as i thought other movies were)

Please read this as if it came from someone who couldn't find the words for what he is trying to say. I am a terrible reporter/reviewer.

Bah! My gaming PC seems to have several system files corrupted, and my Mac User of a brother either has the Vista CD or lost it altogether :? Fortunately my mother board includes a webrowser so at least I can use the internet :P (Now that is one feature I never thought I would use.)

Maybe this is a good time to see if my old laptop still works.

I saw inglorious basterds yesterday and really enjoyed it. Since i've only seen toy story and finding nemo, i'll start my own tarantino list:

1. Reservoir dogs
2. Inglorious Basterds
3. Pulp Fiction
4. Jackie Brown
5. Kill Bill vol. 2
6. Kill Bill vol. 1
7. Death Proof
You're so vain, you probably think this sig is about you

Saw it today. It was a lot of good fun :) And perhaps one of the few historical movies where historical inaccuracy is not only the point but 10 times more awesome because of it.

In other news, I just watched Finding Nemo (found the DVD for cheap today :) ), and while an Extremely well made movie I will not say it is Pixar best for the single reason it is fairly straightforward (I should note that I feel the movie seems to lose a lot of impact not being seen on a cinema)

Right now I would say my list is,

  1. Ratatouille
  2. Wall-E
  3. The Incredibles
  4. Finding Nemo
  5. Up
  6. Monsters, Inc.
  7. Cars

I did also.
I enjoyed it immensely. Probably the best Brad Pitt has ever been.

I reckon these forums need new emoticons, something that's more fun.
