Isn't Steam grand? Within 2 weeks or so it released 2 games of my (incredibly short) wishlist by less than 5€ each :D

Now I'm just debating whether to get Tropico 3 along the way or not.

I had an awesome but incredibly strange Blaz-Blue related dream.

Speaking of dreams; Last night I dreamt I was climbing a small mountain (in order to reach a spot on another peak) and when I got to the top, a storm was on it's way (in the distance), but shrouded the way back. I also could not see the place I was supposed to be going (but knew the general direction). I stood there for a moment and was about to head down to my destination at a quicker pace (to avoid the coming storm), but instead started growing taller, and taller, and taller. At first, I thought this was my way of looking further (to get a bearing on my destination), but then I progressively got so tall I couldn't even see the Earth. Then I woke up. Weird.

Ain't it strange what you think is 'normal' in a dream?

Incidentally, Inception looks pretty good, even though I'm not a fan of Leo (save Catch Me If You Can).

I'd never played the original, but it held some appeal, so I plumped for the most recent version.

I got Tropico 3 and, whilst I had loads of fun with it for while, got bored fairly quickly. I never put in the kind of hours I did with SimCity 4, nor can I imagine doing so. I don't regret getting it though.

It looks good, plays very well, and has a fair bit of depth. But little breadth.

The campaign missions revolve around challenging you with odd restrictions / scenarios. Whilst sandbox is where the most fun is.

If you like the idea of a dictatorship, building & management sim, get it for cheap. For the usual cliche: If you -love- those types of games, you'll love this. If you like them, you'll like this. But it won't turn anyone, and it will unlikely keep you enthralled for months.

I should note that I own the first 2 (the first one twice, even). The reason I never got this one was because it seemed too similar to the first one with better graphics, which given how well the original still looks didn't really suffice to entice me.

I don't know what happened but we seem to have made our way into something called the "semi-finals".

I didn't get a ps3 but I did get some 2nd hand ps2 games: gran turismo 4 and silent hill 2. Should keep me entertained for a much smaller price.

Seems like someone smarter than the Cupertino Engineers figured out how to avoid the iPhone 4 Grip of Death with this phone accessory
